Registered in the Bahamas, Harmony of the Seas was built in St. Nazaire, France, and sailed its maiden voyage in 2016. At sailing time, it was the largest cruise ship on the seas at 226,963 gross register tons. The ship is 1,188 feet long and 216 feet wide with a cruising speed of 22 knots and a 30-ft draft.
