MEXICO CITY -- Want to fly business class for the price of coach?
Aeromexico Vacations is offering customers the opportunity with
its Ultimate Upgrade promotion on select nonstop flights between
the U.S. and Mexico.
Under the promotion, travelers who book select nonstop flights
for travel through Nov. 15 will receive a complimentary upgrade to
Clase Premier, Aeromexico's business/first class service. The
upgrade will be confirmed with the booking.
Participating routes are Atlanta-Cancun, Miami-Cancun, New York
(Kennedy)-Cancun, Los Angeles-Puerto Vallarta and San Diego-Los
Sample vacations to Cancun begin at $464 from Atlanta, $434 from
Miami and $599 from New York (Kennedy). Vacations include three
nights from Atlanta and Miami and five nights from New York with
accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Cancun.
Vacations to Puerto Vallarta begin at $465 from Los Angeles with
three nights at the Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta. Vacations to Los
Cabos begin at $494 from San Diego with three nights at the Plaza
Las Glorias Cabo San Lucas.
All prices are per person, double, and include roundtrip air
fare on Aeromexico, hotel accommodations, airport transfers and
Club Premier frequent flyer miles for members.
Aeromexico Vacations can be purchased in the major GDSs using
vendor code AMV and through VAX VacationAccess or by calling (800)
Aeromexico, meanwhile, said it will launch the only nonstop
service between San Diego and Mazatlan effective Nov. 11. SkyTeam
partner Delta Air Lines will add its code to the new flights.
Aeromexico Flight 1175 will depart San Diego at 1:45 p.m. and
arrive in Mazatlan at 5:05 p.m. Return Flight 1174 will leave
Mazatlan at 11:05 a.m. and arrive in San Diego at 12:35 p.m. The
flights will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
