The book includes recipes for local dishes, such as sweet potato
chips, along with a rating system that uses drawings of spoons to
represent level of difficulty.
Recipes with a single-spoon rating means children can prepare
the dish by themselves; the two-spoon rating indicates that help
from an adult is needed, and three spoons means an adult should
prepare the dish.
The book's character is named after the resort's restaurant. The
concept ties in with the resort's weekly Bajan cooking class; brand
of condiments and Tommy's Rum Shop Book that has 50 drink
