LAS VEGAS -- Anasazi of Santa Fe, a contemporary southwestern
restaurant and lounge located in the Harbor Gate area of Desert
Passage, scheduled three special-event dinners.
On June 6, the restaurant will host a Corazon Tequila Dinner,
which will feature the owner and the spiritmaker of Mexico's
The company's award-winning Blanco and Reposado tequilas as well
as the newly introduced Anejo tequila will be paired with
summer-season Mexican foods such as ceviche, Pacific lobster and
rose petal quail.
The various types of tequila and the process of making the
liquor will be discussed during the evening.
The dinner is priced at $60 per person, not including tax and
Classic fall dishes paired with Ferrari-Carano wines will be on
the menu Oct. 11.
The dinner will focus primarily on the fall grape harvest, with
special attention to fresh green chile from New Mexico that
complements sauvignon blanc.
Wine grape sauces also will be prepared to complement both the
wines and the food.

The last of the dinner series will be held Dec. 6, with the main
focus on how champagne complements the restaurant's style of
cooking seafood, meats and vegetarian dishes.
House-cured products such as salmon, smoked turkey and sausages
will be used to illustrate the versatility of champagne.
The Moet et Chandon Champagne and Anasazi dinner will be priced
at $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
A 10% discount will be given if two dinners are booked, and a
15% reduction is offered if three dinners are booked.
