Antigua escapes Jose's wrath

MIAMI -- Preliminary reports from eastern Caribbean islands in the path of Hurricane Jose indicate minimal structural damage. In Antigua, which had winds gusting at 100 mph, some properties reported broken windows and water in a few rooms. Visitors were evacuated before the storm or moved to interior rooms. All airports that had closed were reopened on Oct. 21.
