Bear attacks prompt trail closing in Anchorage

Anchorage has closed a trail in Far North Bicentennial Park after recent bear attacks.

Rover's Run Trail will be closed until officials with the Alaska Department of Fish and Game find and kill a female grizzly believed to have either attacked or scared off several people along the trail.

The city is cautioning visitors to other parts of the park to exercise caution and travel in groups.
