Stock market got your client down?

The New Yorker Hotel set a room rate policy that guarantees a rate drop when the Dow Jones Industrial Average closes down 50 or more points in a single day.

Under the No Bull Rate, if the Dow closes down 50 to 100 points on their arrival date, clients will get a $10 rate discount for each day of their visit.

If the Dow closes down by more than 100 points, $20 is taken off the daily tab.

The discount is taken off the hotel's corporate and regular rack rates, which begin at $139 for a standard room.

If the market closes up 200 points or more, guests will receive a complimentary breakfast or cocktail.

The policy will remain in effect until March 31.
