ANNA MARIA ISLAND, Fla. -- Silver Resorts is scheduled to open its
third property in the Bradenton area on May 15, when BridgeWalk, a
28-apartment complex with meeting space makes its debut.
BridgeWalk is in the historic district of Bradenton Beach on
Anna Maria Island.
Its accommodations consist of one-bedroom apartments, studio

Twenty-four of the units will have Jacuzzi tubs and every unit
will have a screened veranda overlooking either the Intracoastal
Waterway or the Gulf of Mexico.

Also on-site will be six stores in a shopping verandah, a heated
pool, a health spa, and J.C. Gardener's, a restaurant serving all
three meals. It specializes in European cuisine.
Agents will earn 10% pay on sales, a spokesman said.
Introductory rates May 15 to Sept. 3, start at $123 per night,
single or double, plus tax.
