Broadmoor package offers holiday dinner and a show

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The Broadmoor is featuring a new packaged show called "Home for the Holidays: A Colorado Family Christmas."

A dinner show and revue, "Home for the Holidays" will be somewhat interactive with a story line, music and dancing, according to a resort spokeswoman.

Packages includes two nights' accommodations, tickets to the dinner show and tickets to the Simpich Marionette Theater.

The package, priced from $209 per person, double, is available Wednesdays through Saturdays from Nov. 22 to Dec. 24.

Room packages without show tickets also are available.

Another package offered is Pops on Ice. It features a live presentation by the Colorado Springs Symphony Orchestra and members of the Broadmoor Skating Club at the Colorado Springs World Arena.

The plan covers a room, preferred concert seating, transportation to the World Arena and tickets for "Home for the Holidays."

The two-night plan, priced from $230 per person, double, is available through Dec. 15.

In addition, the Broadmoor offers a New Year's Eve Gala, featuring the show, "Beatlemania Live."

The package includes a one-night stay and reserved seating for the gala dinner and show. It is priced from $210 per person, double.

The packages are all commissionable at 10%.
