Following a four-month, $9 million renovation, the property
refurbished its cottage-style rooms, restaurant and the reception
The resort's exterior received a fresh coat of paint and added
new plumbing, underground electrical wiring and landscaping.
"The $9 million going in this year has ensured that we can
continue to hold our heads up with pride among the top resorts in
the world," said Michael Winfield, Cambridge Beaches president.
Also part of the overall renovation project, 18 new units are to be
available by August, bringing the property's total rooms inventory
to 92. The new units will include 12 deluxe rooms and six Cambridge
suites, the property's highest room category.
Cambridge Beaches offers five gardenview rooms, five waterview,
53 deluxe, five suites, 20 Cambridge suites and Windswept and
Pegem, houses that can accommodate up to four people each.

According to a spokeswoman, Winfield thought this winter's
renovation was consistent with the property's vision of maintaining
a high level of quality.
"That vision has been assisted by many of our premier agents
