Cathay Pacific opens spa at Hong Kong airport

HONG KONG -- Cathay Pacific Airways opened a day spa at its Hong Kong Airport lounges.

Available to first and business class passengers, the Elemis Day Spa is operated by Hong Kong-based Beautiful Skin Centre.

The spa is the first in Asia to be opened by an airline, according to Cathay Pacific.

Located on Level 6 of The Wing, Cathay's first and business class lounges at the airport, the spa provides beauty and relaxation services for both sexes.

Services include body and facial massages, hair and skin care and spa and reflexology services.

The spa opens daily at 8:30 a.m. and closes after the departure of the last Cathay Pacific flight, typically around midnight.

Eligible Cathay Pacific passengers can use the spa on a walk-in basis or by making an advance reservation.

The spa offers Cathay Pacific's Marco Polo Club Diamond members a 20% discount on services.

Gold and Silver members receive a 15% discount and Green members a 10% discount.

An introductory offer allows passengers booking a facial to receive a free back massage or foot rub.

The Wing also has been upgraded with new seating areas, a self-service bar, improved food and beverage services and new artwork.
