Disneyland adds bonus to park package deals

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Walt Disney Travel Co. released its 2003 vacation packages to southern California, which include a Park Hopper Ticket with unlimited admission to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure.

As a bonus, the company is offering two extra days of theme park admission with a minimum two-night package.

Meanwhile, Disney last week opened a new section for children at California Adventure -- A Bug's Land featuring Flik's Fun Fair, an attraction based on the "A Bug's Life" movie by Pixar.

California Adventure also will be enhanced Dec. 9 with a new musical "Disney's Aladdin -- Live On Stage," which will premier at the Hyperion Theatre, replacing "The Power of Blast."

In other news, Disney enhanced booking capabilities for travel agencies using the Apollo CRS. Agents can book shuttles from Orange County and Los Angeles airports to Disneyland, transit passes and Disney's "Breakfast in the Park" in 2003 on Apollo.
