Fair Wind sets November agent discounts

KONA -- Fair Wind, a boat tour company that runs trips to Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island, is offering agents 20% discounts on its programs during November.

The sailings, which coincide with ASTA's World Travel Congress, Nov. 3 to 8, visit Kealakekua Bay, site of the Captain Cook monument, aboard a 60-foot catamaran, the Fair Wind II.

The following prices do not reflect the 20% discount.

• The deluxe morning cruise is priced at $87 for adults, $55 for children age 4 to 12.

The cruise is free for children under age 3.

The four-and-a-half hour cruise includes two-and-a-half hours of snorkeling, snorkel gear and instruction.

Breakfast, lunch and beverages are included.

• The three-and-a-half-hour afternoon snack cruise features 90 minutes of snorkeling, along with snorkel gear and instruction.

Guests are served snacks of fresh fruit, potato chips and fruit juice.

The afternoon snack cruise is priced at $55 for adults and $35 for children ages 4 to 12. Children under 3 sail free.

Fair Wind also offers a raft adventure along the Kona Coast aboard the 28-foot Orca and fishing excursions aboard the 40-foot Bite Me.

Agents will need to present an IATA ID card to take advantage of the discounts.
