Federal agency to investigate Disney monorail crash


The Occupational Safety and Health Administration launched an investigation into Sunday's monorail crash at Walt Disney World that killed a train operator.

Austin Wuennenberg, 21, was killed when one train crashed into another. OSHA will investigate whether workplace safety rules were broken.

The crash was the first fatal accident in the Disney monorail's 38-year history. No passengers were seriously injured.
