WEST PALM BEACH -- Photography, art, flowers, film and music
will be the subjects of festivals and special events in Palm Beach
County during 1997.
Some of these events are suitable for motorcoach groups.
An event rundown follows:
* At Fotofusion '97, from Jan. 28 to Feb. 2, there will be 80
photography authorities on hand giving lectures and demonstrations
at the Palm Beach Photographic Center at 55 N.E. Second Ave.,
Delray Beach, and at other nearby locations.
The cost of five days' attendance is $395; reduced fees are
available for visitors attending selected functions.

* ArtiGras, scheduled for Feb. 15 to 17, is a festival that will
showcase the works of more than 300 local, regional and national
artists and craftsmen along the perimeter of the Gardens Mall in
West Palm Beach from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

* The Palm Beach Tropical Flower Show will be held in West Palm
Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway, from Feb. 21 to 23. Hours
are from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

* Palm Beach International Film Festival, April 10 to 20, will
feature screenings of more than 40 U.S. and foreign films.
Evening highlights include: Opening Night, April 10, at the Burt
Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training, West Palm Beach; Beach
Bash, April 11, at the Palm Beach Hilton; Gala Tribute, April 12,
at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, and Closing Gala, April 19 at
the Norton Gallery of Art, West Palm Beach.

* SunFest, which spotlights jazz performances and other musical
concerts as well as arts and crafts and water sports, is set for
April 30 to May 4 along the Intracoastal Waterway, West Palm
