Gray Line Moves to Port Authority

NEW YORK -- Gray Line New York on April 1 moved its sightseeing operation into larger quarters on the first floor of the Port Authority Bus Terminal on 42nd Street, one block west of Times Square.

"What with the considerable increase in business and a much larger inventory of travel and destination management products, we have completely outgrown our present facility," Charles Flateman, president of the 70-year-old company, said.

The Port Authority also serves as the terminal for Gray Line's parent company, ShortLine.

In addition to serving as a point of sale for Gray Line's sightseeing tours, the 1,250-square-foot facility will sell Broadway theater tickets and hotel packages, among other things.

The company can be reached at (212) 397-2600; fax (212) 247-6959.
