Gulffront condominiums feature private balconies

MARCO ISLAND -- Clients occupying one of the gulffront condo units at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort here will pay around $550 per night for a one-bedroom unit during the winter and $700 for a two-bedroom, according to Aubrey Ferrao, president and chief executive officer of the Gulf Bay Group.

Rates, commissionable at 10%, will include a continental breakfast featuring cappuccino, coffee, tea, croissants and juice.

One-bedroom units will sell for about $350,000 and two-bedrooms, $550,000, he noted.

The units all have granite countertops; marble showers and vanity tops; a wall safe in the master bedroom closet, and recessed lighting.

They also have keyless entry; two phone lines (one with a data port); private balconies facing west; a sprinkler system, and floor-to-ceiling sliding, laminated glass.

The kitchens have a microwave oven; a regular oven; a cooktop range, and a small refrigerator.

Two-bedroom units also have a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator.
