Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii temporarily held up the bidding
process for its travel account, saying it will revise the
"performance work statement" and set a new schedule.
Hickam, which started the procurement last December, also said
the winner's contract will begin on July 29 instead of May 29.
The account is held by Arlington, Va.-based SatoTravel under an
expiring contract and is estimated at $7.5 million in official and
$1.9 million in leisure travel.
