Illinois tourism touts African-American attractions

AURORA, Ill. -- The Harambee program created by the Aurora Area Convention & Tourism Council invites visitors to explore the area's African-American cultural attractions.

The itinerary features visits to the Michael Jordan Golf Center; the Walter Payton Museum at the Roundhouse Complex; the African-American Heritage Museum, an outdoor sculpture garden with 400 pieces depicting the African-American experience, and a workshop on the collection of African masks at the Eastern Art Arcade.
