of chefs and waiters from hotels, restaurants, catering companies
and Caribbean professional associations, will compete for medals
and individual honors.
The registration package, priced at $300 per person, covers
seminars, workshops, cooking demonstrations, the trade show, one
lunch or dinner and the awards banquet on Nov. 5.
