ST. JOHN'S -- Jolly Harbour Marina Club condominiums announced
rates for the remainder of 1997.
Summer rates, from April 13 through Dec. 20, start at $85 per
couple, per night, for a one-bathroom condo and $95 per couple for
a two-bathroom condo ($115 and $125, respectively, for four adults
Triple-share rates also are available, and one child under 12 is
permitted to stay free with two paying adults.
Located 20 minutes from St. John's, Antigua's capital, the
condominiums are set along a 500-acre yacht marina and shopping
complex and are adjacent to Jolly Beach.
Each of the two-story condominiums features a fully equipped
kitchen, a furnished living room, one bedroom with a queen bed and
one with two twin beds, a private balcony with a marina view, plus
a private waterfront patio.
Both one- and two-bathroom condos are available.
Guests also have access to a large freshwater swimming pool
located in the Jolly Harbour sports complex.
For an additional fee, guests can use an indoor squash court and
four lighted tennis courts as well as the nearby Jolly Harbour Golf
Course, at which nine of 18 holes now are open.
An MAP plan offering daily breakfast and dinner in a choice of
restaurants in the Jolly Harbour Marina costs $25 per day.
An inclusive plan with beverages and cocktails, activities and
nightly entertainment is offered with a day membership at the
inclusive Club Antigua resort, located next door, at a cost of $75
per person, per day, or $350 per week.
An 18.5% government tax and service fee is charged
