Lee Island CVB unveils brochure

FORT MYERS, Fla.--The Lee Island Coast Visitor and Convention Bureau unveiled a brochure to promote the island as a destination for multicultural meetings and conventions.

The brochure is part of a new marketing effort to attract the African-American market, according to Elaine McLaughlin, executive director of the bureau. In addition, the brochure presents an overview of African-American history on the Lee Island Coast.
