N. Lake Tahoe resorts offer commissionable lift ticket

TAHOE CITY, Calif. -- North Lake Tahoe ski resorts are offering a three- to six-day interchangeable lift ticket valid at seven downhill and cross-country ski resorts.

The Ski Tahoe North ticket is commissionable at 10%. Participating resorts are Alpine Meadows, Northstar-at-Tahoe, Squaw Valley USA, Sugar Bowl, Homewood Mountain Resort, Mount Rose and Diamond Peak.

The resorts, some of which opened late with only limited terrain due to weather conditions, are benefiting from recent snowfalls, local officials said.

The lift ticket also can be used as a $30 voucher, redeemable at more than 25 restaurants in the North Lake Tahoe area.

At Homewood Mountain Resort and Diamond Peak, the ticket can be redeemed for two-for-one, all-day adult lift tickets.

At Mount Rose, the Ski Tahoe North ticket includes a Skills & Drills ski lesson.

In addition, the pass is redeemable for a full-day trail pass, a lesson and equipment rental at a variety of Lake Tahoe cross-country ski resorts.

They are Royal Gorge, Spooner Lake, Diamond Peak, Northstar-at-Tahoe and Tahoe Donner.
