BONITA SPRINGS, Florida -- Individual reservations are being
accepted for the 456-room Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort &
Spa, set to open here Sept. 25.
Introductory rates range from $190 to $495 per room through Dec.
The property, which will have a Regency Club level, will be next
to an 18-hole golf course at the Pelican Landing planned
The hotel will provide a private beach island on Estero Bay for
its guests and water shuttle transportation.
On site will be a 19,000-square-foot spa and 73,000 square feet
of indoor-outdoor function space.

offering breakfast, lunch and dinner; a specialty restaurant
featuring seafood; another offering cocktails and light snacks; the
