NEW YORK -- The Restaurant Charlotte at the Millennium Broadway
hotel has a new menu to go along with a fresh new look.
Executive chef Rhys Rosenblum created a menu which reflects a
distinctly American cooking style cultivated at such restaurants as
Iridium, TriBeCa Grill and the River Cafe.
The $32.50 prix-fixe dinner includes a selection of appetizers,
entrees and desserts, and for $39.50, diners can sample as many as
eight different wines from the All You Can Taste wine list.
Fall menu selections include warm goat cheese with roasted beets
and arugula; roasted chicken with mascarpone polenta and wild
mushrooms, and gemelli with porcini mushroom and shrimp.
Restaurant Charlotte's new look includes tables with inlaid tops
of hand-polished wood, and plates of varying bright shades of
opaque glass that complement the room's modern look.
The Restaurant Charlotte is located at the Millennium Broadway,
145 West 44th St., between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas.
