Ninth storm forms in middle of Atlantic

Tropical Storm Isaac, the ninth named storm of the Atlantic Hurricane season, formed on Sept. 28, approximately 655 miles southeast of Bermuda.

Isaac posed no threat to land on its current track, according to the National Hurricane Center, although officials warned that the forecast was subject to change.
