HONOLULU -- Outrigger Hotels & Resorts added two properties to its Outrigger Condominium Collection, the Outrigger Luana Waikiki on Oahu and the Big Island's Outrigger Fairway Villas.

The Outrigger Luana Waikiki, a 217-room condominium hotel, is undergoing an $11 million renovation and room refurbishment.

Formerly the Waikiki Terrace Hotel, the 17-story property is slated to complete its refit in July. The hotel is offering a promotional rate of $99 per night for its cityview and parkview studio suites during the final stages of refurbishment or through July 31.

The $99 per-night special increases to $115 per night from Aug. 1 through Dec. 15. Promotional rates for other room categories are available through Dec. 15 and range from $165 per night for a partial oceanview studio to $263 for a one-bedroom oceanview suite.

The Outrigger Fairway Villas, adjacent to the Beach Course golf course at the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast, also has a special offer.

Through Dec. 31, guests who book a two-night minimum stay will receive a coupon for one admission to the Royal Luau at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott with the purchase of one regular ticket. Tickets for the Royal Luau, held Wednesdays and Sundays at 5:30 p.m., are $67 per adult and $33 for children ages 6 to 12.

Guests of the Fairway Villas have signing privileges at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott, a 10-minute walk from the villas.

The villas consist of 165 condominium-style units. Rates range from $305 to $380 for two-bedroom villas, depending on season, and $470 to $500 for three bedrooms.
