reflecting the feel of the 1930s and 1940s.

for the rooms to complement the rustic, heart-of-pine flooring.
The third and fourth floors are the locale for the
1,200-square-foot, two-level penthouse suite, which will have a
baby grand piano.
Phase two also includes construction of a two-story,
2,900-square-foot oceanfront fitness center called Surf Club's Gym.
