RED BANK -- The Molly Pitcher Inn and the Oyster Point Hotel are
offering a package for cost-conscious meeting planners.
The one-day meeting plan is available year-round for groups of
20 or more at either property, which are within walking distance of
each other and 50 miles from New York.
"The [program] meets the requirements of meeting and travel
planners seeking a reprieve from the higher rates commanded by city
hotels," said James P. Barry, president and chief executive officer
of J.P. Barry Hospitality, which operates both properties.
"At a cost of $72 per person, the package includes gratuities,
food and beverages, amenities, audiovisual equipment, breakouts
with refreshments and a personal meeting coordinator to assist with
all facets of meeting planning."
The Molly Pitcher Inn offers 10 meeting rooms that accommodate
from 10 to 250 people and total more than 9,000 square feet of
space. The Oyster Point Hotel, recently refurbished, has nine
meeting rooms also with 9,000 square feet of space and can
accommodate from 10 to 220 people.
