ORLANDO -- SeaWorld
Orlando raised its 2005 ticket prices to conform to other Orlando
theme parks ticket prices. A one-day pass for adults rose from
$53.95 to $59.75 while one-day passes for children ages 3 to 9 rose
from $44.95 to $48.
The price change,
which matches price hikes announced in December by Walt Disney
World and Universal Studios Orlando, "keeps us at the level of the
marketplace and matches pricing standards in the rest of Central
Florida, according to a spokeswoman.
The park will offer
new entertainment in 2005, she said, including a new dolphin
spectacular called Blue Horizon, which is "an animal show unlike
any we have done before." The park is also bringing back Mystify, a
fireworks and light show.
