Shakespeare's Globe joins London Pass

LONDON -- To be or not to be ... a London Pass participant? For the British capital's Shakespeare's Globe theater, that's no longer the question.

The venue -- a South Bank reconstruction of the 16th century playhouse where many of the Bard's masterpieces were originally staged -- joins 60 other capital musts, such as Buckingham Palace and the London Zoo, in offering free entrance to holders of the London Pass high-tech discount visitor pass.

Adult passes range in price from about $49 for one day to around $175 for six days with unlimited public transport.

The Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition and Theater Tour comprises a one-and-a-half-hour guided multimedia excursion.
