Sheraton Hanoi Hotel debuts in Vietnam

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Starwood Hotels & Resorts opened the 299-room Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, its second property in Vietnam.

The hotel is owned by owned by Malaysia's Faber Group and the Vietnam Ministry of Finance. Starwood is managing the property, which is centrally located within the business and tourist district of the city.

The hotel features some of the largest standard guest rooms in the city, with each measuring approximately 400 square feet. Other amenities include broadband Internet access, voice mail, satellite TV and data ports for fax machine or personal computer.

The property also has more than 11,000 square feet of meetings space.
