NEW YORK -- The 184-room Sheraton JFK Airport Hotel in Queens
implemented several improvements aimed at its business travelers.
The hotel created a Lobby Ambassador Program, under which a
hotel manager will be stationed in the lobby at all times to
address guest inquiries.
During busy periods, several managers will be assigned to the
lobby.To make sure more of its guests make it to the airport on time,
the hotel added an 18-passenger bus to its transportation
The free shuttle runs every 20 minutes.For early risers and guests who have to catch early flights,
the hotel is now serving coffee in the lobby.
Guests can help themselves Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to
