BORACAY, Philippines -- ITT Sheraton Corp. plans to manage an
integrated resort complex on the Philippine island of Boracay.
The complex, named Fairways & Bluewater Resort, Golf &
Country Club, will include the 114-room Sheraton White Beach
Resort; the 220-room Sheraton Paradise Cove Resort; 810 private
villa units; the 108-room Fiesta Village Resort and Township
Centre, an 18-hole championship golf course and various retail,
entertainment and recreational facilities.

construction, with its core properties expected to open in 1998.
The entire project is targeted to be completed by 2001.
