LAS VEGAS -- The Stratosphere hotel, casino and entertainment
complex's Top of the World restaurant was honored with a
prestigious award from Wine Spectator magazine.
The venue received the publication's 1996 Award of Excellence,
which recognizes restaurants for featuring one of the world's
outstanding wine lists.
The rotating eatery, located at the 800-foot level of
Stratosphere's 1,149-foot tower, serves dinner from 5 p.m. to 11
