WASHINGTON -- Three Carib-bean airlines -- Air Guadeloupe, Dominair
of the Dominican Republic and LIAT of Antigua -- joined ARC. The
three carriers had participated in the settlement system for travel
agents in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Agent
Reporting Plan, which ARC took over on Aug. 23.
Their decision to join ARC enables ARC agents to use any of the
airlines as the ticketing carrier when selling that airline on ARC
stock, effective immediately.
