Toronto's '00 fete to light up in November

The celebration will begin with the arrival of the city's official Christmas tree and continue with its Light-Up Toronto campaign, a Cavalcade of Lights Ice Show, Designs in Ice sculpture exhibits and a giant millennium-eve fireworks show at the base of CN Tower followed by a laser, light and pyrotechnic display at the beginning of 2000.
