AGENTS SENDING CLIENTS TO OAHU in May or June have good reason to book at the island's only North Shore resort. The 401-room Turtle Bay Resort is offering Mother's and Father's Day packages. Through May, guests can enjoy five nights in one of the property's 42 Beach Cottages with one complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner for mom at Palm Terrace, Sand Bar or Hang Ten Bar for $2,499. The cottages, which were recently renovated, have ocean views with private waterfront lanais. THE SHERATON MAUI is offering a new "Ohana" (family) package as well as a pair of wedding packages. The "Boats, Trains and Poolside Games" package includes three nights at the Kaanapali Beachside hotel in an Ohana Family Suite, daily breakfast buffet for two adults and two children (under 12), four roundtrip passes on the Sugar Cane Train, a picnic snorkel cruise and a poolside amenity pack. The package is $2,413, including taxes. The package is available through Dec. 25. The two new wedding packages include the "Flowers of the Heavens" and "Royal Black Rock," each of which is overseen by an on-site wedding coordinator, who will take care of everything from arranging marriage license appointments to personalizing champagne flutes and calling for limousine service. • Suntrips, partnering with ATA, launched daily nonstop air service year-round from San Francisco and Seattle to Honolulu. The operator will offer six-day charter packages from $620 per person, double, from San Francisco and $645 from Seattle.
• American will begin seasonal nonstop service from San Francisco to Maui on June 10. The daily flight will be on a Boeing 757. The service will run through Sept. 7.
• Starting June 3, United will offer daily service from Chicago [O'Hare] to Honolulu on a Boeing 777 aircraft. The flight is scheduled to depart Chicago at 10:15 a.m. and arrive in Honolulu at 1:45 p.m. The return flight is slated to depart Honolulu at 4:25 p.m. and arrive in Chicago at 5:15 a.m. the next day.
