U.S.: 2 Prague Hotels Off Limits

PRAGUE, Czech Republic -- The U.S. Embassy here warned U.S. travelers away from two hotels in Prague, the Hotel Forum and Hotel Panorama. The hotels were recently purchased by the Corinthia Group, a Maltese company with a Libyan partner.

The U.S. had previously warned Americans that they could be prosecuted under the Libyan Sanctions Regulations for staying or eating in any of Corinthia Group's hotels.The company owns five other hotels in the Czech Republic as well as hotels in Malta, Turkey, Tunisia and Hungary.
