Utell highlights reduced room rates in capital city

PHOENIX -- Utell International is spotlighting Mexico City in a new program offering savings at nine hotels.

Under Destination Mexico City, reduced room rates are available through Utell. Hotels also are providing bonus features such as complimentary breakfasts.

The program, valid for bookings any day of the week through March 31, requires no minimum or maximum stay.

Targeting both leisure and business travelers, Destination Mexico City features three- to five-star properties near historical and cultural attractions as well as major business districts.

The program is showcased in a brochure detailing the nine featured properties and rate inclusions, Mexico City's main tourist draws and facts for visitors.

A list of participating properties, nightly rates and bonus features follows:

  • Century Hotel Zona Rosa. The rate is $99 and covers a welcome cocktail, buffet breakfast, a shoe shine and a 10% discount on lunch or dinner.
  • Flamingos Plaza Hotel. The rate is $105, including continental breakfast and taxes.
  • Hotel Mexico Nikko. The rate is $175 for a standard room and $200 for an executive suite. The price covers continental breakfast.
  • Marquis Reforma. The rate is $190, including a bottle of wine during lunch or dinner.
  • Mision Zona Rosa Mexico City. The rate is $90, including buffet breakfast.
  • New York Hotel. The rate is $46, including breakfast.
  • Plaza Lancaster Hotel. The rate is $100, including continental breakfast.
  • Royal Pedregal Hotel. The rate is $125, including breakfast.
  • Royal Hotel Zona Rosa. The rate is $100, including buffet breakfast.
