LAS VEGAS -- It wasn't exactly your average groundbreaking, but,
then again, the WCW Nitro Grill isn't your average restaurant.

Diamond Dallas Paige as well as WCW president Eric Bischoff, Sitka
Restaurant Group president Karl Rogers and WCW Nitro Grill general
manager Lance Graulich.
Scheduled to open this spring in the Excalibur Hotel & Casino,
the WCW Nitro Grill -- which replaces Wild Bill's Saloon &
Steakhouse -- will offer 16,780 square feet of dining space and
seating for more than 350 people.
The restaurant, which will be open seven days a week for lunch
and dinner, will feature a menu of burgers, steaks and specialty

breaker -- that follows the restaurant's slogan "Where the Big Boys
"Top rope specialties" will include a 22-ounce black angus
porterhouse steak and Nelson's famous baby back ribs; other
offerings include the "crushrooms" appetizer or the half-pound
Prices will range from $5.95 to $19.95 per person for lunch and

well as impromptu celebrity visits, is being developed by Sitka
Restaurant Group, in conjunction with the WCW.
The partnership plans several other WCW Nitro Grills in the U.S.
