Insider received a clipping from the Niagara Falls (N.Y.) Gazette, which covered Kiwi Air Lines' inauguration of service between Newark (N.J.) Airport and Niagara Falls Airport. In Niagara Falls for the event, Stanley Brown, Kiwi's vice president of marketing, told invited travel agents and the public that 70% of Kiwi's business is booked through agents, who earn a 10% commission from the carrier. "We believe you're worth every dime we pay you and then some," Brown said. Can anyone remember the last time an airline executive said something like that?
