The Mandarin Oriental, Prague opened a Spices Restaurant and Bar, following a redesign of the hotel’s public areas.
The restaurant, supervised by Prague’s award-winning chef Jiri Stift, offers regional Asian specialties, some prepared table-side, and an extensive wine cellar.

Spices Restaurant and Bar and the redesigned hotel lobby retain elements of the property’s origins as a 17th century Dominican monastery, along with a mix of contemporary and Asian design features.
The restaurant extends onto an outdoor terrace in the hotel’s cobbled courtyard for al fresco dining.
