Alaska Airlines began nonstop, seasonal service from the U.S. West Coast to Kauai and Maui earlier this month and will relaunch flights to the Big Island on Nov. 10.
The carrier brought back its schedule of four weekly flights between Portland, Ore., and Kauai’s Lihue Airport Nov. 5 and launched four-times-weekly flights between Bellingham, Wash., and Maui’s Kahului Airport on Nov. 8. The Portland-Lihue route will be offered through April 7, and the Bellingham-Kahului service will wrap up April 14.
Alaska will provide nonstop service between Anchorage and Kona Nov. 10 through April 14.
Each of the seasonal Neighbor Island flights will be operated on Alaska’s 157-passenger Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The airline offers 27 daily flights to Hawaii’s four major islands from Anchorage and seven West Coast gateways.
