Interisland carrier Go Mokulele reported a 66.1% load factor for its flights in November, off 2.3% when compared with the same month last year.

All told, the airline transported 55,010 passengers in November, sinking 12% year over year.

"While we experienced a slight year-over-year decline in November traffic, we are seeing improvements in booking trends, and a strong holiday travel season is encouraging," Jonathan Ornstein, CEO of Mesa Air Group, said in a statement. "We continue to closely monitor Hawaii's travel trends and match our schedules and capacity to meet demand."

Year to date through October, Go Mokulele's load factor was 67.1%, inching up .9% from the same period in 2009. The carrier transported 614,880 passengers, off nearly 8% year over year.
