Halekulani in Waikiki has appointed Jason Waterlow as the property's new director of food and beverage.



Waterlow's responsibilities include oversight of all food and beverage operations at Halekulani's restaurants, including La Mer, Orchids, L'Aperitif, Lewers Lounge and House Without a Key.  

"Jason Waterlow is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive knowledge of global luxury and fine dining," Ulrich Krauer, general manager at Halekulani, said in a statement. "We are thrilled to welcome Jason's energy, creativity, and vision at work in each of our beloved in-house restaurants and bars at Halekulani."         

Prior to joining the Halekulani team, Waterlow served as managing director of the Inn at Little Washington, a luxury property in Virginia's Blue Ridge mountains. He also worked in management at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, L'Auberge de Sedona, Chateau du Sureau, and the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.
