According to Hawaii Superferry, all services have been suspended through at least Sept., 14.

The operator said that service between Oahu and Kauai will resume once the U.S. Coast Guard and local law enforcement officials can ensure safe passage into Kauai's Nawiliwili Harbor.

Meanwhile, a court hearing began Sept. 10 in Maui to determine whether ferry service will be able to continue while an environmental impact study is being conducted.
