Hawaiian Airlines has announced plans to begin daily nonstop service between Maui’s Kahului Airport and Los Angeles International Airport July 1.

The carrier will operate 294-seat Airbus 330-200 aircraft on the route, and according to Hawaiian, the increased service will add 120,000 air seats to the Maui and Los Angeles markets.

Hawaiian’s daily Los Angeles-Maui nonstop will depart the West Coast at 11:15 a.m. and arrive on the Valley Isle at 1:45 p.m.
