Hawaiian Airlines transported more than 887,000 travelers in March, a 7% jump over the same month last year.



The carrier’s revenue producing miles also improved, climbing nearly 8% year over year to more than 1.1 billion miles, according to figures released by Hawaiian on April 6.

Meanwhile, the airline’s load factor increased 2.7 percentage points, to 81.2%, last month.

Year to date through March, Hawaiian has flown more than 2.5 million passengers, up almost 5%, while the carrier’s load factor has decreased slightly, slipping less than a percentage point to 79.1%.
