More than 936,000 passengers traveled on Hawaiian Airlines flights in July, an increase of nearly 6% over the same month last year.

Hawaiian’s revenue-producing miles also grew, jumping 11.5% year over year during the month, to more than 1.2 billion, according to figures released by the company Aug. 5.

The carrier’s load factor, meanwhile, remained essentially unchanged, inching up less than a percentage point, to 84%, in July.

Through the first seven months of this year, Hawaiian has transported more than 5.8 million passengers, up 7.1%, while the airline’s load factor has slipped 2.5 percentage points, to 83.9%.
